Unresolved.. it pays to be a neutral mind.
As a means of proposing a more verbal disposition towards my own life, I've decided to begin recording any agenda and advantageous events that may have occured to me in my life.
..like Doug Funnie.
As per things that have happened to me prior to this date.. the last time I've written was 2005, during Hurricane Wilma. This was during my first Semester in college as well.
A quick recap:
-First Semester was a success
-Second Semester was meager what with my job at Circuit City
-Quit my job
-Visited Jessica on many occassions
-Celebrated my birthday without Jessica, 19 years wasn't a big deal
-Led a revolt against the SGA Constitution of my school
-Had my name defaced upon all of SGA thanks to a letter by the SGA
-Third Semester went on quickly but was well
-I participated in Constitution Day
-Learned alot about Political Theory (I'm maintaining that one of my specialties is Jean-Jacques Rousseau)
-Cut my hair finally
-Keeping it bald
-Witnessed Suzie's new tattoo
-Trip to New York with Jessica and friends was alright
-Fourth Semester is starting out
-I may be running for SGA elections this semester
In the end, there are three new editions to the friend circle.
They are Ana, Michael, and Jorge.
I feel like this blog is going to be more of a 'to-do-list' than an actual journal. As of now I just read three articles about global economics and I'm supposed to summarize one of them. And while this is all going on, I'm dying to upgrade my living. I'm looking up things on eBay alot more, hdtv's, an xbox 360, browsing through clothing, and surfing for that perfect duffel bag for the duration of the rest of my trips to visit Jessica. I hope I'm not succumbing to a consumer-driven lifestyle. No BMW's and Lacoste shirts for me.
Oh, I should update my links too, on the right side. It's funny that so much has changed since the last time I've written here. I'm reading alot. So much so that I can just suffocate myself with all the thickness of the wisdom I'm gaining. Amidst this though, college still sucks.
Well thats it for now. I think I'll begin that summary on whether or not Multinational Corporations in accordance with economics are actually helping developing countries. And do not find yourself so ready to answer this question, with everything I have learned so far I know one thing for certain. It pays to be a neutral mind.
